FeltIQ Terms & Data Use Agreement

Effective: April 17, 2026  ·  Operated by CyberAdX Network, part of CISO Marketplace

FeltIQ is CISO.POKER's real-time intelligence capture platform deployed at select invite-only events. By registering for or attending a CISO.POKER event where FeltIQ is active, you acknowledge that the platform will be in operation and that you may be invited to participate on a fully voluntary, anonymous basis. No personally identifiable information is ever collected through FeltIQ.

1. What Is FeltIQ

FeltIQ is a proprietary real-time intelligence collection system built by CyberAdX Network, part of CISO Marketplace for use at CISO.POKER events. It is designed to surface anonymous, aggregated signal from security executives — capturing collective sentiment, emerging priorities, and consensus themes from the room in real time.

FeltIQ operates through tablet kiosks placed at event tables. During the event, attendees are invited to respond to AI-driven questions adapted in real time based on aggregate response patterns. All responses are collected anonymously. No names, titles, companies, emails, or device identifiers are linked to any response.

FeltIQ debuted at Hacker Summer Camp 2026 ("The Stack") on the Las Vegas Strip during DEF CON / Black Hat / BSides week.

2. Participation Is Voluntary

Participation in FeltIQ at any CISO.POKER event is entirely voluntary. You are never required to respond to any question on the tablet kiosk. You may decline to participate at any time without any impact on your event experience, seating, or standing.

At each event where FeltIQ is deployed, a staff member will explain the system at the start of the session. If you have any questions about how it works, you are encouraged to ask before the session begins.

3. What Data Is Collected

FeltIQ is architected around a Zero Trust, zero-PII data model. The following is the complete list of data collected when you respond to a FeltIQ question:

  • Your answer to the question (a selection from displayed options, or a short-form text response where applicable)
  • The timestamp of submission (used for ordering responses within a session)
  • A session token that expires at the end of the event and is not linked to your identity

FeltIQ does not collect: your name, title, employer, email address, IP address, device identifier, location, or any other information that could identify you personally. Responses are structurally anonymous — even internally, it is not possible to attribute a response to a specific individual.

4. How Your Responses Are Used

FeltIQ responses are used for two purposes:

  • Real-time in-event intelligence: Aggregated response patterns are displayed live to event organizers and, where applicable, presented to attendees as a session summary. No individual responses are shown.
  • Open dataset publication: Following each event, the anonymized, aggregated response dataset is published as an open dataset under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. This dataset contains aggregate themes and response counts only — no individual response sequences or session tokens are included in the public release.

Response data is not sold, licensed, shared with sponsors, or used for advertising targeting of any kind.

5. AI Processing

FeltIQ uses large language models (LLMs) to generate adaptive questions and analyze aggregate response patterns in real time. The AI backend is powered by Anthropic Claude and OpenAI. All AI processing is performed on anonymized, aggregated data — individual responses are never submitted to third-party AI services in a form that identifies the respondent.

AI-generated question sets and real-time theme analysis are used solely within the FeltIQ platform and are not shared externally except as part of the open dataset described above.

6. Data Storage and Retention

FeltIQ response data is stored in Cloudflare D1 (serverless SQLite), encrypted at rest. Session tokens are deleted at the conclusion of each event. Aggregated response data used for the open dataset is retained for up to 24 months post-event and then purged. No PII is stored at any point.

7. Open Dataset and Attribution

Post-event datasets are published at a publicly accessible URL announced on the CISO.POKER website and the FeltIQ page. These datasets include aggregate response counts, theme clusters, and question text. They do not include any data that could identify individual participants or the sequence of any individual's responses.

Researchers, journalists, vendors, and practitioners are welcome to use the open dataset under the CC BY 4.0 license, which requires attribution to CISO.POKER / CyberAdX Network, part of CISO Marketplace.

8. Sponsor Access

Event sponsors do not receive access to individual FeltIQ responses or session-level data. Sponsors may receive a summary report containing the same aggregate themes and findings published in the open dataset. Sponsors cannot identify or target individual attendees based on FeltIQ data.

9. Event Registration and Awareness

By registering for a CISO.POKER event where FeltIQ is listed as an active feature, you acknowledge that:

  • FeltIQ will be in operation during the event
  • You may be invited to respond to anonymous questions via tablet kiosk
  • Participation is voluntary and declining does not affect your event experience
  • Any responses you choose to provide will be anonymized and may appear in the post-event open dataset in aggregate form

This acknowledgment does not constitute consent to provide responses — it is simply an awareness disclosure. You retain full discretion to participate or not at the event itself.

10. Your Rights

Because FeltIQ collects no personally identifiable information, standard data subject rights (access, correction, deletion) cannot be applied to FeltIQ response data — there is no mechanism by which we could locate "your" responses in the dataset, nor is there any identifier that links responses to you. This is by design.

If you have questions or concerns about FeltIQ data practices, contact us at events@ciso.poker.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We may update these terms to reflect changes to FeltIQ's technology, data practices, or legal requirements. Material updates will be reflected in the effective date above. Continued registration for or attendance at FeltIQ-enabled events after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
